Course Overview:
The Unified Communications course is a comprehensive and hands-on training program designed to equip learners with the essential knowledge and skills needed to understand, implement, and manage unified communication systems in modern organizations. Prerequisite:
- The students must have completed grade 12 or equivalent education.
- Must pass in-house designed entry exam covering basic math, algebra, and calculus (minimum score 60%).
- Students from non-English speaking countries must pass the English Language Proficiency Test.
- English Language Proficiency Test scores (IELTS – 6.0, TOEFL – 70, PTE – 45, CAEL – 70, CAE – 176, Duolingo – 110, Password – 6.5, and PTE – 61) are acceptable.

- Analyze and troubleshoot common issues in unified communications systems. Evaluate voice and video call quality and diagnose network issues. Assess network performance areas needing improvement in a unified communications infrastructure.
- Design and configure a unified messaging system integrating voicemail, email, and instant messaging. Create a secure, unified communications environment with encryption and access controls.
