This interdisciplinary course examines conflict dynamics and collaborative resolution strategies

across personal, organizational, community, and international contexts. Drawing on peace studies,

negotiation, mediation, restorative justice, and trauma-informed approaches, students develop

analytical and practical skills for ethical decision-making, facilitation, and agreement-building in

diverse conflict settings and frameworks to conflicts ranging from workplace disputes to

protracted social, ethnic, religious, and international crises.
