Dr. Harjeet Singh Grewal teaches courses in Asian Religion, Sikhism, and Critical Religious Philosophy at the Department of Classics and Religion at the University of Calgary and MacEwan University, Edmonton, Alberta. His research is driven by hermeneutical questions from Critical Religious Philosophy, Philosophy of Language, and Religious Literature discourse and focuses on the Sikh tradition. Dr. Grewal’s doctoral dissertation examined the epistemological connection between Janamsakhi literature and early Sikh traditions of Katha, which expands the meaning of verses from the Sri Guru Granth Sahib.
